Background

Gwithian Sand Pit is an area which can be used for informal recreation without compromising the conservation interests of the site, this is a great place to come and admire the views across the beach or investigate the wildlife found on and around the dunes.

I have decided to study and photograph the wide variety of wildlife found in the area which will demonstrate the importance of preserving such natural habitats around the country. I will also study the vast amount of recreation undertaken as well as exploring the effects that humans have had on the site.
